Shop Policies


Please note that due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns, offer refunds, or exchanges for earrings. However, if your piece arrives damaged during transit, we will gladly replace it with a new one.


Shipping Information

Our items typically require 1-2 weeks to be made. All packages are shipped from Portland, Oregon. International shipping is NOW AVAILABLE! Orders are shipped via USPS, with options for First Class and Priority Mail available during checkout.

Custom Pieces

If you find a design you adore but desire a different color, we're thrilled to create your dream earrings from our current collections at Hey Habibi. Just be aware, at the moment, customizations are restricted to the current pieces displayed on our site.  


How do I care for my earrings?

​To keep your earrings in optimal condition, we recommend storing them by hanging or laying them flat away from direct sunlight. Remember to remove them before bathing or swimming, and be mindful of excessive humidity and temperatures. Avoid contact with soap or chemicals.

Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?


All Hey Habibi products are hypo-allergenic. We use high-quality copper earring wires that are either 14K Gold-filled, Sterling Silver, or Rose Gold plated. Rest assured that all materials used are lead-free, nickel-free, and cadmium-free. If you have specific sensitivities but still desire a particular piece, please reach out to us, and we'll find a suitable earring wire from our home studio (aka bead hoarding cave) just for you!

Do you offer replacements?

We stand by the durability of our beadwork, but in the event that one of your earrings goes missing, we are happy to weave up a replacement. The cost for a replacement is half of the original pair, plus shipping fees. Please email a photo of the remaining earring to, and we will provide you with a quote for the replacement.

I think USPS lost my package, what do I do?

​If you believe your package was lost or mis-delivered, we recommend filling out a missing package report with USPS, here. They can often use GPS to identify the exact delivery location. Please note that Hey Habibi is not responsible for lost packages. If you need further assistance, please email us at, and we'll be happy to help.
